This section shall not apply to the termination 6 of a human pregnancy when the pregnancy is the result 7 of sexual abuse as defined in section 709.1 or incest 8 as defined in section 726.2 if all of the following 9 conditions are met: 10 (1) The sexual abuse or incest is reported to law 11 enforcement. 12 (2) A deoxyribonucleic acid sample is taken at the 13 time of the termination of pregnancy and entered into 14 the federal bureau of investigation combined DNA index 15 system for the purposes of finding a match with the 16 alleged perpetrator of the sexual abuse or incest. 17 (3) The attorney general prosecutes the case to the 18 fullest extent of the law when such a match is found. > 19 3.
