the
early
childhood
Iowa
state
board,
including

budget
amendments
as
needed.
The
early
childhood
Iowa

board
shall
establish
a
submission
deadline
for

annual
budget
and

budget
amendments
that
allow

reasonable
period
of
time
for
preparation
by
the

early
childhood
Iowa
area
boards
and
for
review
and

approval

request
