A health care provider who initially diagnoses 5 a stillbirth shall complete the stillbirth evaluation 6 form distributed by the department and file the 7 evaluation form with the department within seven days 8 of the occurrence. 9 2. For the purposes of this section “stillbirth” 10 means stillbirth as defined in section 136A.2, and 11 “health care provider” means health care provider as 12 defined in section 144.29A. 13 3.
