DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING DESIGNATION. CCH-2335 state patrol killed in the line of duty and the only member of the state patrol to have been murdered. An appropriate commemorative plaque shall be placed near the entrance of the state building in recognition of Oran Pape and his sacrifice as a member of the state patrol. > 38.
