safety,
shall
be
named
after

Pape,

patrol
killed
in
the
line
of
duty
and
the
only
member
of
the
state
patrol
to
have
been
murdered.
An
appropriate
commemorative
plaque

Oran
Pape
and
his
sacrifice
as
a
member
of
the
state
patrol.
