     1  1    Amend Senate File 2279 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  By striking everything after the enacting clause
     1  3 and inserting:
     1  4    <Section 1.  Section 96.40, subsection 2, paragraph
     1  5 i, Code Supplement 2009, is amended to read as follows:
     1  6    i.  The duration of the shared work plan will
     1  7 not exceed fifty=two weeks. An employing unit is
     1  8 eligible for approval of only one plan during a
     1  9 twenty=four=month period.>
     1 10 #2.  Title page, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
     1 11 inserting <An Act relating to voluntary shared work
