     1  2 #1.  Page 3, line 2, by striking <altered> and
     1  3 inserting <reconstructed>
     1  4 #2.  By striking page 3, line 34, through page 4,
     1  5 line 1, and inserting:
     1  6    <A person who denies or interferes with the right of
     1  7 a deaf or hard=of=hearing person under this section is,
     1  8 upon conviction, guilty of a simple misdemeanor.>
     1  9 #3.  Page 4, by striking lines 23 through 25 and
     1 10 inserting:
     1 11    <3.  A person who knowingly denies or interferes
     1 12 with the right of a person under this section is, upon
