     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3362, to House File 822, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 1, line 8, by striking the figure
     1  5 <14,750,000> and inserting the following:
     1  6 <13,250,000>.
     1  7 #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
     1  8 following:
     1  9    <g.  For infrastructure improvements at the
     1 10 commercial service airports within the state:
     1 11 .................................................. $  1,500,000
     1 12    Fifty percent of the funds appropriated in this
     1 13 lettered paragraph shall be allocated equally between
     1 14 each commercial air service airport, forty percent of
     1 15 the funds shall be allocated based on the percentage
     1 16 that the number of enplaned passengers at each
     1 17 commercial air service airport bears to the total
     1 18 number of enplaned passengers in the state during the
     1 19 previous fiscal year, and ten percent of the funds
     1 20 shall be allocated based on the percentage that the
     1 21 air cargo tonnage at each commercial air service
     1 22 airport bears to the total air cargo tonnage in the
     1 23 state during the previous fiscal year.  In order for a
     1 24 commercial air service airport to receive funding
     1 25 under this lettered paragraph, the airport shall be
     1 26 required to submit applications for funding of
     1 27 specific projects to the department for approval by
     1 28 the state transportation commission.>>
