For infrastructure improvements at the 1 9 commercial service airports within the state: 1 10 .................................................. $ 1,500,000 1 11 Fifty percent of the funds appropriated in this 1 12 lettered paragraph shall be allocated equally between 1 13 each commercial air service airport, forty percent of 1 14 the funds shall be allocated based on the percentage 1 15 that the number of enplaned passengers at each 1 16 commercial air service airport bears to the total 1 17 number of enplaned passengers in the state during the 1 18 previous fiscal year, and ten percent of the funds 1 19 shall be allocated based on the percentage that the 1 20 air cargo tonnage at each commercial air service 1 21 airport bears to the total air cargo tonnage in the 1 22 state during the previous fiscal year. In order for a 1 23 commercial air service airport to receive funding 1 24 under this lettered paragraph, the airport shall be 1 25 required to submit applications for funding of 1 26 specific projects to the department for approval by 1 27 the state transportation commission.> 1 28 #3.
