     1  4 following:
     1  5    <   .  Subsection 1 does not apply to a retail
     1  6 motor fuel site that is located more than seventy=five
     1  7 miles from a biodiesel terminal facility that stores
     1  8 and dispenses biodiesel fuel using one or more heated
     1  9 tanks.>
