     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3208, to Senate File 464, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 20, the
     1  5 following:
     1  6    <Sec.    .  EXISTING INVENTORIES OF DIESEL FUEL.
     1  7    1.  a.  Notwithstanding section 214A.2C, diesel
     1  8 fuel inventories, stored at a retail motor fuel site
     1  9 as defined in section 214A.1, existing on the
     1 10 effective date of this division of this Act, may
     1 11 continue to be sold and dispensed.
     1 12    b.  Paragraph "a" shall not apply once all diesel
     1 13 fuel inventories existing at a retail motor fuel site
     1 14 as defined in section 214A.1, on the effective date of
     1 15 this division of this Act, have been sold or
     1 16 dispensed.
     1 17    2.  Nothing in this section authorizes a retail
     1 18 dealer to acquire diesel fuel other than biodiesel
     1 19 fuel designated B=5 or higher as provided in section
     1 20 214A.2 on or after the effective date of this division
     1 21 of this Act.>
