1 1 Amend the amendment, S=3208, to Senate File 464, as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 34 the
1 4 following:
1 5 <Sec. . Section 15G.202, subsection 2,
1 6 unnumbered paragraph 1, Code 2009, is amended to read
1 7 as follows:
1 8 The infrastructure board shall be composed of
1 9 eleven members who shall be appointed by the governor
1 10 as follows:>
1 11 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 34 the
1 12 following:
1 13 <Sec. . Section 15G.202, subsection 2,
1 14 paragraph c, unnumbered paragraph 1, Code 2009, is
1 15 amended to read as follows:
1 16 Nine Multiple persons based on nominations made by
1 17 the titular heads of all of the following:>
1 18 #3. Page 1, by inserting after line 34 the
1 19 following:
1 20 <Sec. . Section 15G.202, subsection 2,
1 21 paragraph c, subparagraph (1), Code 2009, is amended
1 22 by striking the subparagraph.>
1 23 #4. Page 1, by inserting after line 34 the
1 24 following:
1 25 <Sec. . Section 15G.202, subsection 8, Code
1 26 2009, is amended to read as follows:
1 27 8. Six A majority of members of the infrastructure
1 28 board constitute a quorum and the affirmative vote of
1 29 a majority of the members present is necessary for any
1 30 substantive action to be taken by the infrastructure
1 31 board. The majority shall not include any member who
1 32 has a conflict of interest and a statement by a member
1 33 that the member has a conflict of interest is
1 34 conclusive for this purpose. A vacancy in the
1 35 membership does not impair the duties of the
1 36 infrastructure board.>
