     1  2 #1.  Page 1, line 1, by striking the words <TRIAL
     1  3 INFORMATION OR>.
     1  4 #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 10 the
     1  5 following:
     1  6    <Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  813.3B  TRIAL INFORMATION
     1  7 == WITNESS NAMES AND MINUTES.
     1  8    The prosecuting attorney shall, at the time of
     1  9 filing an information, also file the minutes of
     1 10 evidence of the witnesses which shall consist of a
     1 11 notice in writing stating the name and occupation of
     1 12 each witness upon whose expected testimony the
     1 13 information is based and a full and fair statement of
     1 14 the witness's expected testimony.  The minutes shall
     1 15 also contain the witness's residential address,
     1 16 employment address, or address at which the witness
     1 17 may be contacted.>
