     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 21 the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <Sec.    .  Section 237.3, subsection 2, paragraph
     1  5 k, subparagraph (1), Code 2009, is amended to read as
     1  6 follows:
     1  7    (1)  Receiving information prior to the child's
     1  8 placement regarding risk factors concerning the child
     1  9 that are known to the department, including but not
     1 10 limited to notice if the child is required to register
     1 11 under chapter 692A.>
     1 12 #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
