     1  5 #2.  Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
     1  6 <property.> the following:  <A land surveyor shall
     1  7 provide notice to the landowner not less than seven
     1  8 days prior to the entry.  The notice shall be sent by
     1  9 ordinary mail, postmarked not less than seven days
     1 10 prior to the entry, or delivered personally.>
