     1  4    <Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  421C.5  Future repeal.
     1  5    This chapter is repealed January 1, 2014. The
     1  6 general assembly shall consider corresponding
     1  7 amendments to the Code of Iowa to effectuate the repeal
