     1  1    Amend  the amendment, H=8443, to Senate File 2270, as
     1  2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 9 through 12 and
     1  4 inserting:
     1  5    1.  "Employer" means the state of Iowa, its boards,
     1  6 commissions, agencies, and departments, and its
     1  7 political subdivisions including school districts and
