     1  5 #3.  Page 1, line 12, by striking <eight> and
     1  6 inserting <ten>
     1  7 #4.  Page 1, after line 13 by inserting:
     1  8    <b.  During the twelve=month period beginning July
     1  9 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011, peace officers shall
     1 10 issue only warning citations for violations of this
