     2 13 Act relating to state resource center billings, being
     2 14 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon
     2 15 enactment, is retroactively applicable to October 1,
     2 16 2008, and is applicable on and after that date.>>

     3 41 support of the department of public health, shall

     3 45 of facilitating informed treatment decisions and
     3 46 providing higher quality and safer care, while
     3 47 protecting the privacy of patients and the security

     3 49 the review, the executive committee shall report the
     3 50 results of its review and recommendations, including
     4  1 any proposed changes in state law and rules relating
     4  2 to such information exchange, to the governor and the
     4  3 general assembly no later than December 15, 2009.>>
