     1  3 #1.  Page 1, line 25, by inserting after the word
     1  4 <groups.> the following:  <An applicant shall not be
     1  5 eligible, however, if the applicant is a client of and
     1  6 represented by a person registered to lobby before the
     1  7 general assembly pursuant to the provisions of chapter
     1  8 68B.>
