     1  4 inserting the following:  <the action in the county

     1  6 of the court is satisfied or until the action is
     1  7 dismissed.>
     1  8 #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 4 and 5 and
     1  9 inserting the following:  <a notation of the pendency
