     1  2 #1.  Page 2, by striking line 7 and inserting the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <A person shall not stockpile dry manure, unless
     1  5 the dry manure originates from a confinement feeding
     1  6 operation that includes a manure storage structure
     1  7 constructed prior to May 31, 1995, and the person>.
