     1  1    Amend House File 216 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <Sec.    .  Section 523I.316, Code 2009, is amended
     1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
     1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  ADVERSE POSSESSION.  A
     1  7 cemetery or a pioneer cemetery is exempt from seizure,
     1  8 appropriation, or acquisition of title under any claim
     1  9 of adverse possession, unless it is shown that all
     1 10 remains in the cemetery or pioneer cemetery have been
     1 11 disinterred and removed to another location.>
     1 12 #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
     1 13 word <to> the following:  <cemeteries, including>.
     1 14 #3.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
     1 15 word <cemetery> the following:  <and claims of adverse
