     1  3 #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 19 and 20 and
     1  4 inserting the following:  <written notice shall
     1  5 contain the name of the tenant responsible for
     1  6 charges, address of the residential rental>.
     1  7 #2.  Page 3, line 21, by striking the word
     1  8 <occupy,> and inserting the following:  <occupy,>.
