     1  2 as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 7 and
     1  4 inserting the following:

     1  7 #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 12 through 15 and
     1  8 inserting the following:  <shall provide a report to
     1  9 each purchaser within sixty days from the date of

     1 11 establishing a trust fund for the purchaser's payments
     1 12 made under the purchase agreement.>>
