     1  3 #1.  Page 1, line 4, by striking the words
     1  4 <identity, appearance, expression, or behavior> and
     1  5 inserting the following:  <identity>.
     1  6 #2.  Page 8, by inserting after line 4 the
     1  7 following:
     1  8    <Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  216.21  CONSTRUCTION OF
     1  9 CHAPTER.
     1 10    This chapter shall not be construed to allow
     1 11 marriage between persons of the same sex, in
     1 12 accordance with chapter 595.>
