     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3283, to House File 783, as
     1  2 passed by the House, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 3 the
     1  4 following:

     1  6 inserting the following:
     1  7    <Section 1.  Section 384.84, subsection 2,
     1  8 paragraph d, Code 2007, is amended to read as

     1 21 new written notice to be given to the city utility or
     1 22 enterprise within ten business days of the change in
