     1  8    b.  A research facility that is required to be
     1  9 registered by the United States department of
     1 10 agriculture pursuant to 9 C.F.R. ch. I.
     1 11    c.  A research facility which is certified by the
     1 12 department of agriculture and land stewardship as
     1 13 provided in section 162.10.>

     2  5 causes and in the same manner as provided in section
     2  6 162.12.>
