     1  1    Amend Senate File 174 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 13 through 18 and
     1  3 inserting the following:  <a tattoo, body piercing, or
     1  4 body modification to a minor.  For the purposes of
     1  5 this section, "minor" means an unmarried person who is
     1  6 under the age of eighteen years.>
     1  7 #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 20 the
     1  8 following:
     1  9    <6.  This section shall not apply to a procedure
     1 10 performed by a person licensed pursuant to chapter 148
     1 11 or 150A.>
