     1  2 #1.  Page 1, line 12, by striking the word
     1  3 <district>.
     1  4 #2.  Page 1, by striking line 29, and inserting the
     1  5 following:  <district court or the juvenile court if
     1  6 that>.
     1  7 #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 32 the
     1  8 following:
     1  9    <Sec.    .  Section 600.11, subsection 2, paragraph
     1 10 e, Code 2007, is amended to read as follows:
     1 11    e.  A person who has been granted visitation rights
     1 12 with the child to be adopted pursuant to section
     1 13 598.35 600C.1.>
