     1  7    <Sec.    .  Section 20.3, Code 2007, is amended by
     1  8 adding the following new subsection:
     1  9    NEW SUBSECTION.  1A.  "Bargaining unit" means only
     1 10 those employees in a particular class of employees who
     1 11 voluntarily agree to be represented by an employee
     1 12 organization.>
