     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=8084, to the Senate
     1  2 amendment, H=8054, to House File 2212, as amended,
     1  3 passed, and reprinted by the House, as follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 28 through 37 and
     1  5 inserting the following:
     1  6    <   .  The restaurant, bar, hotel or motel, club,
     1  7 or licensee pursuant to chapter 99D or 99F, invites or
     1  8 admits at any time only individuals twenty=one years
     1  9 of age or older into the licensed premises or the
     1 10 portion of the licensed premises as specified in
     1 11 paragraph "b", as applicable, and conspicuously posts
     1 12 the age=restriction information on all major entrances
     1 13 to the licensed premises or the portion of the
     1 14 licensed premises as specified in paragraph "b", as
     1 15 applicable.>>
