     1  6    <j.  Of the funds appropriated in this subsection,
     1  7 $200,000 is allocated to the Newton correctional
     1  8 facility for a value=based treatment program.
     1  9    k.  Of the funds appropriated in this subsection,
     1 10 $50,000 is allocated to the Iowa correctional
     1 11 institution for women at Mitchellville for a
