     1  3 #1.  Page 1, line 19, by striking the figure <2008>
     1  4 and inserting the following:  <2009>.
     1  5 #2.  Page 1, line 38, by inserting after the word
     1  6 <department.> the following:  <The reporting
     1  7 requirements shall not apply to any entity that is not
     1  8 required to submit air quality data to the department
     1  9 pursuant to other air quality laws or administrative
     1 10 rules.>
