     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 17 through 25 and
     1  4 inserting the following:
     1  5    <b.  The parent who is being asked to temporarily
     1  6 relinquish care, custody, and control of the child to
     1  7 provide visitation is unfit to make the decision
     1  8 regarding visitation.>
