     1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <   .  This section does not apply to railroad
     1  6 spurs constructed or under construction prior to July
     1  7 1, 2007.>
     1  8 #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 30 the
     1  9 following:
     1 10    <Sec.    .  The sections of 2007 Iowa Acts, Senate
     1 11 File 403, amending section 260C.14, subsection 6, and
     1 12 section 313.2, unnumbered paragraph 5, if enacted, are
     1 13 repealed.
     1 14    Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The section of this Act
     1 15 repealing sections of 2007 Iowa Acts, Senate File 403,
     1 16 if enacted, being deemed of immediate importance,
     1 17 takes effect upon enactment.>
