     1  1    Amend Senate File 302, as passed by the Senate, as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, line 2, by striking the word and
     1  4 figure <subparagraph (2)> and inserting the following:
     1  5 <subparagraphs (2) and (3)>.
     1  6 #2.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the word <is> and
     1  7 inserting the following:  <are>.
     1  8 #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
     1  9 following:
     1 10    <(3)  One=half of the moneys remaining after the
     1 11 appropriation in subparagraph (1) shall be credited,
     1 12 on a quarterly basis, to the general fund of the state
     1 13 for the purpose of funding the endow Iowa tax credit
     1 14 provided in section 15E.305.>
