     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by striking line 6 and inserting the
     1  3 following:  <provided under the program.  The>.
     1  4 #2.  Page 1, by striking line 8 and inserting the
     1  5 following:  <business days of receiving a bill or
     1  6 claim for services provided.  However, if the
     1  7 department determines that a bill has an error or
     1  8 omission, the department shall notify the provider of
     1  9 the error or omission and identify any correction
     1 10 needed before issuance of payment to the provider.
     1 11 The department shall provide the notice within five
     1 12 business days of receiving the billing from the
     1 13 provider and shall remit payment to the provider
     1 14 within ten business days of receiving the corrected
     1 15 billing.>
