     1  1    Amend Senate File 2075 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  By striking page 1, line 1, through page 2,
     1  3 line 4, and inserting the following:
     1  4    <Sec. __.  Section 459.312, Code 2005, is amended
     1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
     1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  4A.  The department shall provide
     1  7 for the receipt and processing of manure management
     1  8 plans, including updates to manure management plans,
     1  9 in an electronic format pursuant to section 459.302,
     1 10 not later than July 1, 2008.  After that time, a
     1 11 person required to submit a manure management plan
     1 12 under this section shall submit the manure management
     1 13 plan to the department and to the county board of
     1 14 supervisors in an electronic format.>
     1 15 #2.  Title page, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
     1 16 inserting the following:  <An Act providing for the
     1 17 processing and delivery of manure management plans in
     1 18 an electronic format.>
     1 19 #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
