     1  4 <99B.7B> the following:  <, or a qualified
     1  5 organization that is exempt from federal income tax
     1  6 under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
     1  7 and that has conducted an annual game night during the
     1  8 period beginning January 1, 2001, and ending December
