     1  1    Amend Senate File 2217 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 1, line 3, by inserting after the word
     1  3 <c.> the following:  <(1)>.
     1  4 #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 10 the
     1  5 following:
     1  6    <(2)  In implementing a system under this paragraph
     1  7 "c" for collecting and analyzing state, county, and
     1  8 private contractor data, the department shall
     1  9 establish a client identifier for the individuals
     1 10 receiving services.  The client identifier shall be
     1 11 used in lieu of the individual's name or social
     1 12 security number.  The client identifier shall consist
     1 13 of the last four digits of an individual's social
     1 14 security number, the first three letters of the
     1 15 individual's last name, the individual's date of
     1 16 birth, and the individual's gender in an order
     1 17 determined by the department.>
