     1  3 and inserting the following:  <If the reason for the
     1  4 claims is the same, two>.
     1  5 #2.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
     1  6 <statement.> the following:  <However, the commission
     1  7 shall provide at its office upon request an
     1  8 unconsolidated list of all claims allowed.>
     1  9 #3.  Page 1, line 33, by striking the word <Two>
     1 10 and inserting the following:  <If the purpose for the
     1 11 claims is the same, two>.
     1 12 #4.  Page 2, line 1, by striking the words
     1 13 <However, salaries> and inserting the following:
