     1  1    Amend Senate File 2330 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  By striking everything after the enacting
     1  3 clause and inserting the following:
     1  4    <Section 1.  Chapters 99D, 99F, and 99G, Code and
     1  5 Code Supplement 2005, are repealed.
     1  6    Sec. 2.  TRANSITION PROVISIONS.  Notwithstanding
     1  7 any provision of this Act to the contrary, a license
     1  8 issued prior to the effective date of this Act shall
     1  9 remain valid until the expiration date of the license
     1 10 and shall be subject to the law in effect immediately
     1 11 prior to the effective date of this Act until the
     1 12 expiration of the license.>
     1 13 #2.  Title page, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
     1 14 inserting the following:  <An Act repealing gaming in
     1 15 Iowa.>
     1 16 #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
