     1  1    Amend Senate File 2330 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 30 the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <Sec.    .  TRANSITION PROVISIONS == AMUSEMENT
     1  5 DEVICES.  Notwithstanding any provision of section
     1  6 99B.10 to the contrary, a person who had registered an
     1  7 electrical and mechanical amusement device with the
     1  8 department of inspections and appeals as of April 28,
     1  9 2004, and who no longer offers such device to the
     1 10 public as of the effective date of this Act, may
     1 11 register such device and offer the device to the
     1 12 public.>
     1 13 #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
