     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23, the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <c.  Subject to chapter 670, a governmental
     1  5 subdivision that enters into an agreement with a
     1  6 public or private organization pursuant to this
     1  7 subsection is liable for any personal injury or
     1  8 property damage that occurs in connection with the
     1  9 preservation or protection of the cemetery or burial
     1 10 site or access to the cemetery or burial site.>
