     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=5045, to Senate File 2330 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 23 the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <h.  A monitor vending machine shall not be located
     1  6 in any county in which the result of the most recent
     1  7 referendum conducted in that county pursuant to
     1  8 section 99F.7 was a defeat of a proposal to conduct
     1  9 gambling games on excursion gambling boats or the
     1 10 defeat of a proposal to conduct gambling games at a
     1 11 licensed pari=mutuel racetrack enclosure.>
     1 12 #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
