     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3238, to House File 619, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 45 the
     1  5 following:
     1  6    <Sec.    .  Section 903B.1, Code 2005, is amended
     1  7 by adding the following new subsection:
     1  8    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  A person who administers
     1  9 medroxyprogesterone acetate or any other
     1 10 pharmaceutical agent shall not be liable for civil
     1 11 damages for administering such pharmaceutical agents
     1 12 pursuant to this chapter.>
     1 13 #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
