     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3230, to Senate File 414 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking line 4, and inserting the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <Sec.    .  Section 97A.6, subsection 16, Code
     1  6 2005, is amended by adding the following new
     1  7 paragraph:
     1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  c.  There is appropriated annually
     1  9 from the general fund of the state to the board of
     1 10 trustees an amount sufficient to pay death benefit
     1 11 claims under this subsection.
     1 12    Sec.    .  Section 411.6, subsection 15, Code>.
     1 13 #2.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
     1 14 <for> the following:  <members of the peace officers'
     1 15 retirement, accident, and disability system and for>.
     1 16 #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
