     1  1    Amend House File 619, as amended, passed, and
     1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4 the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <Sec.    .  Section 232.68, subsection 2, Code
     1  6 2005, is amended by adding the following new
     1  7 paragraph:
     1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  i.  Cohabitation with a person on
     1  9 the sex offender registry under chapter 692A in
     1 10 violation of section 726.6.>
     1 11 #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 7 the
     1 12 following:
     1 13    <Sec.    .  Section 726.6, subsection 1, Code 2005,
     1 14 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
     1 15    NEW PARAGRAPH.  h.  Cohabits with a person after
     1 16 knowing the person is required to register or is on
     1 17 the sex offender registry as a sex offender under
     1 18 chapter 692A.  However, this paragraph does not apply
     1 19 to a person who is a parent, guardian, or a person
     1 20 having custody or control over a child or a minor who
     1 21 is required to register as a sex offender.>
