     1  1    Amend House File 774, as passed by the House, as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1, the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <Section 1.  Section 331.203, Code 2005, is amended
     1  6 by adding the following new subsection:
     1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  1A.  The election authorized in
     1  8 subsection 1 may be submitted to the registered voters
     1  9 of the county at a countywide election held on the day
     1 10 of the regular city election.
     1 11    This subsection is repealed effective June 30,
     1 12 2006.>
