     1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 6 the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <Sec.    .  Section 155A.3, Code 2005, is amended
     1  6 by adding the following new subsection:
     1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  22A.  "Logistics provider" means
     1  8 an entity that provides or coordinates warehousing,
     1  9 distribution, or other services on behalf of a
     1 10 manufacturer or other owner of a drug, but does not
     1 11 take title to the drug or have general responsibility
     1 12 to direct its sale or other disposition.>
     1 13 #2.  Page 11, line 7, by inserting after the word
     1 14 <carrier> the following:  <or logistics provider>.
     1 15 #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
